  Treatment
You should allow about 2 to 2 and a half hours from start to finish, as each clients needs are different. Forms will need to be filled in, choose a shape, colour and your indivudual requirements. The actual procedure itself only takes about 1 to 1 and a half hrs. The customer's needs and comfort are of utmost importance and all measures are taken to ensure a desirable outcome for each individual. Gaynor offers a free and full consultation to discuss your requirements and expectations with each treatment. She will guide each customer through her portfolio and a wide variety of colour and design charts, in order to ensure a tailor-made treatment for each client. Before any Permanent Makeup procedure commences, Gaynor will help you choose shape, thickness and colour, which will be drawn on to the specific area first to create a shape. This will give you an ideal example beforehand of the final result you will expect to achieve. It is imperative that you are completely satisfied with the shape and colour before the treatment commences. The pigment will eventually fade over time and clients can have a topup treatment when necessary to freshen the appearance.

At all times the strictest safety procedures are adhered to and sterile needles from sealed packets are always used. Occasionally eyebrows will need to be plucked in order to enhance shape, (i never shave eyebrows). You can choose to have them threaded and shaped yourself 2-3 days before hand. Emla cream is the world's most widely used topical anaesthetic numbing cream. This is used to temporarily numb the surface of the skin before your treatment begins. Topical anaesthetic/antiseptic liquid is then used throughout the procedure to ease any minor discomfort.

  Post procedure care
An after care instructions leaflet and pack is given to every customer. It is important you follow the aftercare advice to achieve and maintain the best results. You will also be given A & D ointment.
